1. Scope
This Data Processing Addendum (DPA) sets out the terms for organizations (each a “Customer”) that use Zorv in a business or team context, where we process personal data on behalf of the Customer. This is a high-level placeholder; executed agreements may supersede or supplement it.
2. Roles
For the processing covered by this DPA, the Customer is typically the controller and Zorv Technologies LLC acts as a processor or sub-processor, as set forth in the applicable order or agreement.
3. Security and sub-processors
We apply appropriate technical and organizational measures and will list sub-processors in line with the agreement and applicable data protection law. For questions, contact privacy@zorv.ai.
