Under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) and similar state laws, you have the right to opt out of the “sale” or “sharing” of your personal information. Zorv does not sell your personal information — including your health data, fitness data, or any other data we collect — to third parties.

- Request deletion of your personal information
- Request a copy of your personal information (data portability)
- Opt out of the sale or sharing of your personal information
- Non-discrimination for exercising your privacy rights

To exercise any of these rights, or to submit an opt-out request:

- Use the account deletion or data export options in your account settings
We will respond to verified requests within 45 days as required by the CCPA.
